I am a Tutorial Fellow at the School of Development and Strategic Studies and mainly teach undergraduate courses in Political Science and International Relations.

I am also a PhD candidate in Peace and Development Research at the School of Global Studies, University of Gothenburg in Sweden. I hold a Masters in Global Studies from Roskilde University, Denmark and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with IT from Maseno University, Kenya. My research interests covers diverse topics such as security studies, infrastructures, social movements, state expansion, frontiers, radicalization and violent extremism.
